I hereby give my approval to my child’s participation in any and all Early Masters activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, and, I do hereby waive release, absolve, indemnify instructors, supervisors, participants, and associates of Early Masters, for any claim arising out of any injury to my child. My child, and their artworks, may be photographed while participating in Early Masters activities for use in Early Masters brochures, websites, social media, and studio display purposes. Additionally, I hereby give my approval for Early Masters LLC and it's instructors and employees to seek emergency medical attention for my child, if it seems necessary in their opinion, and hold harmless Early Masters LLC, it's employees, volunteers, and instructors, for any injury caused by such action.
